ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

All consultations are provided by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants. The duration of each consultation is up to 30 minutes. All consultations are subject to consultants/client privilege and is confidential. If within 30 days of the consultation you officially retain our firm’s services and sign a retainer agreement with us, then you become a client of our firm and the consultation fees will be credited back to you. Consultations are meant to provide general legal guidance for your matter but not legal services. Legal services are though official engagement of the firm. During the consultation, we are unable to answer questions about how to fill out the forms, nor we are able to review any documents. Refunds are possible only up to 24 hours before the booking.
